An arrest for DWI-DUI can have severe consequences on your driving privileges.  If arrested for a DWI-DUI your driver's license is subject to suspension or revocation by the court while your case is pending.  Your license is also subject to mandatory suspension or revocation upon conviction of a DWI-DUI Offense.  If your license is suspended upon arrest or conviction of a DWI-DUI offense, you may be eligible for a conditional license, depending on the circumstances of your particular case.
