If a person is granted a non-immigrant visa or a green card based on fraudulent statements or representations, that person is removable and deportable based on the fact they were not admissible to begin with.
It is important to note that even if there was no fraud involved, a person is still removable and deportable if they were mistakenly admitted to the U.S. if they were not admissible.
